Scarce, born in Townsville and raised in Longreach, was the first coach to give our team 'access all areas'. Richie is now in charge of TSS' High Performance SQUAD at the prestigious GPS school in Southport - home to Australian speedster Max Guiliani and Dolphin leader Bailey Armstrong. Richie is joined by Ed Anderson, from Nerang Aquatic - a classic 'backyard' pool on the outskirts of suburbia on the coast. The contrast is striking.

Former Open Water Dolphin Kai Edwards churned through almost 100 kilometres a week in a lane called The Trench at TSS, on his way to medalling at the Tokyo Games. Picking an easy route in retirement, he now cage fights. Kai's role on SQUAD is interviewing swimmers in 'cut-to-the-chase' content.
